Abstract: Предмет на работа во овој труд е законодавно-правниот потстил на административниот функционален стил во македонскиот јазик, напоредно со паралели на албански јазик, преку што дадеме своевиден приказ на лексичките елементи што се широко фреквентни во административниот функционален стил, со што ќе ги доловиме сличностите и разликите на овој стил во двата јазика. Административниот стил ја покрива употребата на јазикот во рамки на дејноста на државите институции (внатре во државата и во односите со другите држави). Законодавно-правниот потстил е еден од потстиловите на административниот функционален стил, кој се реализира преку законите, статутите, наредбите и сл. Со компаративниот пристап и употребата на дедукнивниот метот на истражување ќе се обидеме да дадеме свој осврт на лексиката од администативниот функционален стил во употребата во јавните институции во Македонија. Целта е да дадеме институционален лексички приказ на функционалниот стил кој е предмет на работа во овој труд, токму поради актуелноста на ваквите јазични прашања и политики во денешно време, а поврзани со двојазичноста на документите во меѓуинституционалната преписка. The subject of this paper is the legislative-legal substyle of the administrative functional style in the Macedonian language, in parallel with the parallels in the Albanian language, through which we give a kind of presentation of the lexical elements that are widely frequented in the administrative functional style, thus capturing the similarities and the differences of this style in both languages. Administrative style covers the use of language within the activities of state institutions (within the state and in relations with other states). Legislative-legal sub-style is one of the sub-styles of administrative functional style, which is realized through laws, statutes, orders, etc. With the comparative approach and the use of the deductive research method, we will try to give our own review of the lexicon of the administrative functional style in the use in the public institutions in Macedonia. The aim is to give an institutional lexical overview of the functional style that is the subject of work in this paper, precisely because of the relevance of such language issues and policies nowadays, and related to the bilingualism of documents in inter-institutional correspondence.
