Abstract: Female patients possess a higher risk for poorer outcome in ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). There is possibility that transradial access (TRA) for primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI) could provide better outcome than transfemoral access (TFA) in female patients with STEMI.
