(ECCE) and blood sapless were took immediately after the operation. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was performed for detection and measurement of the interleukins levels. Results: The production of IL-6 in the humor aqueous in diabetic cataract was significantly increased compared with the Il-6 in the samples of the senile cataract(po.05) Conclusion: The increased production of IL-6 in the humor aqueous in the patients with diabetic cataract suggest local production.
