Abstract: This paper analyzes the parental acceptance or rejection and emotional intelligence among adolescents with and without delinquent behavior. The survey was conducted on two groups of adolescents, that is, 30 respondents serving a prison sentence for minors and/or have been imposed an educational measure, and 40 adolescents respondents students in the Secondary School of Economics. They are all male.
