Abstract: The objective of this paper is to analyse the electronic banking in the Republic of Macedonia. This paper is going to describe the concept of electronic banking and the strategies that commercial banks in the Republic of Macedonia are using in their daily operations, and it will suggest the necessary reforms in the future in order to fully implement this concept in the Republic of Macedonia. It will consist of 4 parts. The first part of this paper will be an introduction to the framework that will explain the subject of research, while in the second part we will analyze in detail the concept of electronic banking and its characteristics. In the third part of this paper we will explain the implementation of the system of electronic banking in the Republic of Macedonia. Finally, in the fourth part of this paper “Conclusion”, we are giving our basic conclusions that will arise from our paper
