A Leader motivates the team members in any situation, if they perform well or in case of failure. A good Leader applies the following approaches to lead: strategic approach, human assets approach, expertise approach, unbox approach, change approach. A Leader does the right thing at the right time, in right place. Manager does things right. A Manager is someone who plans, organizes and allocates resources, controls and solves problems. Manager administers while Leader innovates.
