Abstract: This lecture addressed the legal aspects of the Macedonian eHealth system and the mechanisms of financing the health and eHealth care systems. Additionally, research and results (theories and practices) in this area were presented in front of the students at the Faculty of Law in Nis, Serbia, that were participating in the JJM MONELA.
