Title: Fugitive dust control at conveyor transfer points – a solution for puzzle

Abstract: Efficient and economic operation in modern mineral industry is not possible without addressing the problem of dust control through the material handling and processing operations. Health and safety risks, environmental concerns and public pressure, as much as operational problems connected with excessive dust emissions, urge proper solution for this problem. The paper presents the causes and countermeasures, including independent review of latest dust control technologies available to the market.
