Title: “The Influence of Recruitment and Selection Staffs on the Working Success of Organizations“

Abstract: Today, organizations are forced to produse with less invested resources. Working under pressure from this environment and the stakeholders of the company, they find themselves in front of the challenge to achieve high returns with minimal costs. In addition, it can go wrong if human resources are treated as other resources, because the profitability of organizations depends аt most on employees who make the largest part of fixed costs. At a time of constant change, recession and high competitiveness, any employer has to undertake activities needed to choose the most appropriate employee for the job that he offers. It’s very important to develop methods for recruitment and selection of the best candidates that will not only increase productivity, but also the costs will remain low. Recruitment and selection as the crucial functions of human resources management have the greatest impact on performance of an organization. Their influence affect the overall results of the organization, because the quality of the organization depends on the quality of the employees.
