Title: Process of Creating and Using Data Warehouse in a Wholesale

Abstract: This paper presents the process of creating data, information, and knowledge through a real live database example. It describes the On Line Transaction Processing and its purpose. In addition, it clarifies the lifecycle of a data warehouse: how to create it from heterogeneous data sources and synchronize it. After this phase, also known as collecting experience from the past, the next step is to transform this experience into knowledge. The goal is to identify and explain problems step by step.
