Abstract: This book is result from the two years research provided in municipalities Gostivar, Struga, Kicevo and Debar with research techniques survey, interview, document analysis and focus groups, interviewing of the MP;s and public servants and analysis of relevant legislation and theoretical concepts related to power sharing theory. This book present research results like screening of the situation, mark current and potential problems and create a models for better power sharing at municipal level. This publication is published in English, Macedonian and Albanian language.
